	Metro Atlanta Ambulance President & CEO Pete Quinones Discusses Medicaid Reimbursment Issues with Lt. Governor Mark Taylor and Cobb County Representative Don Wix at the EMS Legislative Reception.

	Metro Atlanta President & CEO Pete Quinones and Vice President Devan Seabaugh along with Paramedics Dennis Westover and Joe Fick recently attended the Georgia EMS Directors/EMT Association of Georgia's legislative reception at the Capitol. President Quinones stated, "This is a great opportunity for EMS providers from around the state to come together and meet collectively with our State Representatives to discuss healthcare legislation that is affecting our ability to continue providing quality pre hospital care and be reimbursed for the serivces we provide." Quinones and Seabaugh took the opportunity to discuss with Lt. Governor Mark Taylor and Cobb County Representative Don Wix, the negative affects that significant cuts in Medicaid reimbursment for emergency ambulance tranports is having on providers.
