To encourage students to strive for continued success and achievement in reading, Pine Forest hosted a full day of reading in honor of NEA's Read Across America Day and in celebration of the famous Dr. Seuss? 99th birthday, read a large variety of his books to the students. The guest readers also spoke briefly to the classes about the importance reading plays in the education and ultimately in obtaining success and achievement in everyday life.
