Peter
E. Quinones
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Quinones has over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia
State University. As the President and CEO, Mr. Quinones is the
Executive liaison for all contractual and operational matters. He
provides executive management of operations, technology, finance,
accounting, legal and marketing activities. He designates individual
responsibilities and management to his executive team and department
managers. He currently serves as Chairman of the Region III EMS
Council for the State of Georgia Office of EMS and is a member of
the Georgia Governors Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council.
He is actively involved in the local community serving as a member
of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Club and on the
Board of Directors for the Cobb County Boys & Girls Club, American
Cancer Society of Cobb County and Friends of the Strand Theatre.
Michael S. Jernigan
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Jernigan has more than 24 years experience in the healthcare
industry and is actively involved in health care associations throughout
Georgia. He is a graduate of the executive management program at
Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed Paramedic by the
State of Georgia. Mr. Jernigan brings expertise in sales and marketing,
Medicare, Medicaid, HMO and third party contract development, negotiation
and auditing. His knowledge and experience as a field Paramedic
coupled with his successful career in EMS operations, health care
sales and marketing affords MetroAtlanta Ambulance Service the ability
to successfully form partnerships and keep pace with the changing
demands of the health care industry. He is responsible for the management
oversight of day-to-day operations including purchasing, fleet services,
dispatch operations, 9-1-1 EMS operations, interfacility and specialty
care transport services, new business development, contract negotiations
and client relations. He serves on the Cobb County EMS Council and
the Prehospital Care Committee of the Region III EMS Council for
the State of Georgia Office of EMS. He also serves on the Stroke
Committee for Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.
Devan Seabaugh
Vice President of Administration
Mr. Seabaugh has over 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry
including senior level management positions in emergency service
operations including risk management, quality assurance, patient
financial services, corporate relations and community affairs. He
holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University
of West Georgia and is a licensed Paramedic in the State of Georgia.
Mr. Seabaugh’s education and experience in business start-up
and consolidations, patient financial services, organizational development,
systems analysis, project management and proposal writing affords
Metro Atlanta the expertise to effectively develop, expand and make
organizational changes as needed to keep pace with the competitive
healthcare industry. Mr. Seabaugh remains actively involved in various
community initiatives throughout the metro Atlanta area and serves
on the Boards of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, MUST Ministries,
Kiwanis Club of Marietta, Marietta Aviation Museum, WellStar Kennestone
Regional Health Board and the YMCA of MetroAtlanta. He also serves
as Chairman of the Georgia Association of EMS Legislative Committee.
Mr. Seabaugh has oversight of contractual and regulatory compliance,
organizational quality assurance, government and community affairs.
