Metro Atlanta Ambulance Service President and CEO Pete Quinones to serve as Chairman of the Highland Rivers Behavioral Health Governing Board of Directors for fiscal 2024.
Mr. Quinones, a member of the Cobb-Douglas Board of Public Health and Cobb Community Services Board, joined the Highland Rivers Governing Board when the Cobb County Community Services Board integrated into Highland Rivers Behavioral Health (HRBH) in 2022.
Highland Rivers provides comprehensive treatment, support, and recovery services for adults, youth, families, and veterans affected by mental health disorders, intellectual developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. The organization is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International. As one of Georgia’s largest public safety -net providers, the agency serves individuals who are low-income, uninsured or who have Medicaid or Medicare-individuals who otherwise may not have access to critical behavioral health services including adults, children, and adolescents, families, and veterans.
